Shipping policy

Order processing:

Since all of the items in our shop are hand-made and we are a made-to-order shop, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that delivery times vary based on your location and once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we rely on them to provide updates and deliver your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Package not delivered:

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

-Check with neighbors or household members.

-Look around your delivery area in case it was placed somewhere unexpected.

-Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered early.

-If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. Please note that TAIGI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you still need help, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist!
